We recently added e-commerce functionality to our services page. You may wonder "why?".
The reasons are quite simple:
- We are very busy with our current clients and projects.
- We find that many entities are "window shopping".
- It is a very efficient way to screen for sincere clients.
- It forces us to simplify our offerings to only the most sought after.
We do this with some regret, as we genuinely enjoy learning about all the exciting projects launching in AgTech. An unintended consequence of our decision is that we drive away clients whom we may have ultimately decided to help, despite their inability to pay. However, as Michael Porter said, "The essence of strategy is choosing what not to do."
